Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs, aligning with the client’s objectives and driving the strategic, long-term evolution of the client program. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and position teams for continued success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction levels.
• Effective written and verbal communication in one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to lead a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop effective client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction and conduct regular business reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts and participate in associations.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placements).
• Manage KPIs and SLAs to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Lead reporting and data interpretation to guide client strategy.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
