Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with the client's objectives and drive a collaborative partnership, overseeing long-term evolution and day-to-day recruitment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will build strong client relationships, manage a recruitment team, and position programs for ongoing success by applying industry knowledge and value-based service delivery.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in service provider environments.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and service levels.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices compliant with laws.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts and strengthen client relationships.
• Deliver high client satisfaction through reviews and surveys.
• Manage daily recruitment activities and KPI/SLA tracking.
• Price and sell services for conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and procurement for client success.
