Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and drive strategic, long-term evolution of client programs. You will lead daily recruitment activities, manage KPIs and SLAs, and build collaborative partnerships to deliver superior workforce solutions.

You will price and sell services, maintain client networks, and position teams for ongoing success while aligning with client objectives and Adecco’s values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years managerial/supervisory experience in service provider industry.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Establish a network of industry contacts through associations and networking.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Manage KPIs and SLAs to meet targets and improve performance.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, and program expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR concerns.
