Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for Adecco programs and to drive strategic alignment with the client’s objectives.

The role focuses on steering daily recruitment activities, achieving KPIs, and growing the client partnership through effective leadership and performance reviews. It requires experience in managing client relationships and a track record of service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer service and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Lead recruitment teams and manage KPIs/SLAs.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.
