Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and drive long-term program evolution. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success.

You will build strong client relationships, manage a recruitment team, and ensure service levels and contractual obligations are met. This role emphasizes collaboration, value delivery, and strategic client partnerships.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and managing responsibilities with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and develop effective client relationships.
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels through surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts and participate in associations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services and manage conversions, temp and perm placements.
• Lead recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment and ensure KPIs/SLAs.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
