You will manage daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success within a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through strong client relationships.
• Lead recruitment teams to meet KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services (temporary and permanent placements).
• Maintain knowledge of client industries, needs, and market competition.
• Provide escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR concerns.
