Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and drive the long-term evolution of the client partnership. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and ensure the program aligns with the client’s business objectives while delivering high-quality staffing solutions.

You will work to grow and retain accounts, price and sell services, and manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and service levels.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by developing effective working relationships with client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction evidenced by surveys and reviews.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through professional organizations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (vertical Director/VP).
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, market share, and competition.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while driving innovation in processes and policies.
• Grow and retain existing accounts and new client relationships.
