Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and strategy driver for our programs. You will align with client objectives, lead recruitment activities, and manage performance against KPIs and SLAs to ensure continued success.

This role emphasizes growing accounts, retaining clients, and leveraging a network of industry contacts. Strong leadership, pricing sense, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in related work. Managerial/supervisory experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of maintaining customer satisfaction, expanding relationships, and managing projects with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead recruitment teams in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with client contacts and understanding needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews; lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
• Price and sell services; oversee recruitment/fulfillment activities and KPI/SLA adherence.
• Act as brand ambassador and network with industry contacts to drive growth.
