Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs, aligning with the client’s objectives and building a collaborative partnership. You will lead daily recruitment, measure KPIs, and drive account growth and retention, while ensuring high client satisfaction and differentiating Adecco as a premier workforce solutions partner.

Role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to work onsite with clients across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding accounts.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through strong client relationships.
• Develop effective relationships with HR and Operations to understand client needs.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business performance reviews to leadership.
• Drive retention, fill rate, time to fill, and high NPS scores.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and participate in thought leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements).
• Understand target industries, clients, roles, market share, and competition.
