Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs, guiding operations and aligning with the client’s business goals. You will lead daily recruitment activities, manage KPIs, and develop a collaborative partnership to drive sustained success.

You'll build strong client relationships, retain accounts, and position teams for growth by pricing and selling services, while upholding our standards and values across the program.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.
• Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, across one-to-one and group settings.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with laws and company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts via professional associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to senior leadership.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time-to-fill.
• Price and sell staffing services, including temporary and permanent placements.
• Build knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and competition.
• Ensure all client requirements and SLAs are met and aligned with policy.
