Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to lead client programs and act as the primary contact for our client. You will align with the client's business objectives and drive strategic program evolution, including daily recruitment activities, KPI tracking, and collaborative team leadership.

You will grow and retain accounts, price services, and ensure high client satisfaction through effective relationship management and governance against SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and client relationships.
• Knowledge of federal and state recruitment laws.
• Ability to price and sell services.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and develop effective client relationships.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placements.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while driving process improvements.
• Coordinate recruitment teams and communicate client needs to internal teams.
• Prepare periodic business reviews for leadership.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and support thought leadership initiatives.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
