The Adecco Group is seeking an experienced Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs and drive long-term value for the client. You will align with the client’s business objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, and ensure performance against KPIs while fostering a collaborative partnership.

Focus on growing accounts, retaining clients, and presenting reviews to senior leaders. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building are essential to succeed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and manage client relationships.
• Lead recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and procurement to meet client needs.
