Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will drive the strategic evolution of the client’s staffing program, oversee daily recruitment activities, and ensure KPI/ SLA targets are met.

Build strong relationships with client HR and Operations, price and sell services, and position teams for ongoing success while championing Adecco’s values and Thought Leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years' relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts with strong client relationships and leadership.
• Meet and report KPIs and SLAs; present quarterly business reviews.
• Lead recruitment team in a fast-paced environment and maximize fill rate.
• Price and sell staffing services (conversions, temporary and perm placements).
• Develop plans to grow existing accounts and win new clients.
• Interpret data trends and produce management reports.
