Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs and to lead recruitment and fulfillment activities. You will drive the strategic evolution of client programs, align with business objectives, and position teams for continued success across multiple accounts.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, achieving high satisfaction scores, and managing KPIs/SLAs while collaborating with HR, Operations, and Procurement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.
• Experience managing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and company policies.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts and develop effective relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts via professional associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placement.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
• Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and credits, and manage client credit references.
