Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs and to align with the client’s objectives. You will steer the day-to-day recruitment and fulfillment activities, ensure KPI targets are met, and position your team for ongoing success.

In this role you will build strong client partnerships, lead a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment, and drive renewal and growth strategies while maintaining high customer satisfaction and NPS scores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of maintaining customer service levels and strong client relationships.
• Ability to manage recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adept at KPI/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Lead and coordinate recruitment activities to meet client needs and fill rates.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services (conversions, temporary, and perm placements).
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; monitor KPIs and trends.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and support client engagements and thought leadership.
