Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs. You will align with the client’s business objectives and lead daily recruitment activities, KPI tracking, and program development.

This role focuses on relationship-building, service excellence, and strategic account management in a fast-paced environment. You will drive client retention, manage a recruitment team, price services, and deliver regular performance reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a related role.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering service levels.
• Experience leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to establish KPIs and SLAs, and monitor performance.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance with laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Develop networks via industry associations and professional groups.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to directors/VPs.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, and permanent placements).
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time-to-fill, and NPS.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and participate in thought leadership activities.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, and program expectations.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
