Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs. You will lead recruitment operations, align with client business objectives, and drive strategic program evolution.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, maintaining client satisfaction, overseeing KPIs, and partnering with leadership to position teams for continued success. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years in the service/provider industry preferred.
• Proven ability to maintain client relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Experience managing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Ensure retention and optimize fill rate, time-to-fill, and NPS metrics.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and perm placements.
