Job summary

The Adecco Group in Ridgewood, NY seeks an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for Adecco programs and to drive the strategic direction of client engagements. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and partner with client teams to ensure successful fulfillment and service delivery.

In this role you will lead a recruitment team, foster strong client relationships, and help position programs for continued success across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience (5+ years).
• Managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, perm placement).
• Drive growth and retention of accounts through strategic planning.
