Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and to drive the strategic evolution of the client account. You will lead daily recruitment/fulfillment efforts, track KPIs and SLAs, and build strong partnerships with client HR and Operations teams to deliver excellent workforce solutions and continued growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven ability to maintain customer satisfaction and manage teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Grow and retain accounts and maximize fill rate and time to fill.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placement.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive process improvements.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, and program expectations.
