Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and drive long-term program evolution. You will lead recruitment activities, manage KPIs, and build collaborative partnerships to align with client objectives.

In this role, you will retain accounts, optimize fill rates, and present performance reviews. A strong emphasis on client satisfaction and value delivery is required, with experience in staffing services and team leadership.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and foster client relationships with HR/Operations contacts.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to Directors/VPs (QBR/QPR).
• Maintain client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Position teams for continued success through effective recruitment/fulfillment activities.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and defined KPIs are tracked.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temp and perm placements).
• Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and culture.
