Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs. You will align with the client’s objectives and drive the strategic evolution of the program, overseeing daily recruitment and fulfillment activities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction, service levels and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and quarterly reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Lead recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Build knowledge of target industries and articulate value proposition.
• Ensure client requirements align with SLAs and credit guidelines.
