Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the United States to serve as the primary client contact for our Adecco programs and the escalation point for client questions. You will align with the client’s objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive a collaborative partnership.

In this role you’ll develop relationships with HR and operations, present quarterly business reviews, ensure high client satisfaction, and lead a recruiting team to meet fill rates and SLAs

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and nurture key client relationships.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placements).
• Lead recruitment teams to meet fill rate, time-to-fill, and KPIs.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries and client needs.
