Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs in the United States. You will align the client’s objectives with Adecco’s services and lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will build strong client relationships, present quarterly business reviews, and act as a Brand Ambassador for Adecco. This role emphasizes strategic planning, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with HR and Operations.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage recruitment Fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Price and sell services, including conversions, temp, and perm placement.
• Persistently build knowledge of target industries, clients, and market share.
