Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and to lead the ongoing evolution of the client engagement. You will align with client objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and foster a collaborative partnership across teams.

In this role you will develop strong client relationships, drive retention and growth, and position programs for long-term success while ensuring SLA targets and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through relationships with HR and operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including temporary and permanent placement.
• Ensure SLA targets and KPIs are met across programs.
• Provide escalation support to clients, procurement, and HR managers.
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive growth.
