Job summary

LHH Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a local Overland Park company to fill a Professional Services Recruiter (Contract) role, fully onsite in Overland Park, KS. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle process for professional and corporate positions and build strong candidate pipelines.

You should have 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong interviewing and sourcing skills, and proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• Proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional services and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate progress and market conditions.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities and assist with other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
