Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Support recruiting efforts and candidate communications.
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollment.
• Answer employee questions on HR policies and programs.
• Partner with management on employee relations matters.
