Job summary

JCW Group is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join their team in Overland Park, Kansas. This hybrid role involves supporting full-cycle recruitment across their insurance division.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within the insurance industry. You'll manage active requisitions and collaborate closely with hiring leaders, making it essential to possess strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is between $25-$30/hour and the position is contract-based with potential for extension.

We’re partnering with a leading global insurance brokerage seeking a proactive Contract Recruiter to support hiring across their insurance division. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment across areas including Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, underwriting, insurance sales, account management, and corporate functions. You’ll work directly with hiring leaders and manage active requisitions end-to-end.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience (insurance exposure strongly preferred)
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple openings simultaneously
• Comfortable sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and ATS usage
• Strong communication and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Prior exposure to Employee Benefits, P&C, or insurance hiring highly desirable
