Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading training, coaching, or mentoring to staff or managing a process or project.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work long hours/weekends and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production floor to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Lead daily/shift activities, training, coaching, and motivating hourly employees.
• Monitor yields, efficiencies, and variances; drive process improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers to maintain equipment, layouts, and workflows.
