Qualifications

• Open to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Monitor yields, efficiencies, and profitability while adjusting as needed.
• Manage staffing and production schedules to meet customer needs.
• Develop safety and ergonomic programs and train employees.
• Uphold sanitation, product quality, and customer service standards.
• Train supervisors and drive continuous improvement on the line.
