Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a qualified Field Technician to join their client’s team in the Fargo, ND area and provide end-user support. This on-site role will serve as the primary contact for technical and service-related issues, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing printers and related hardware and software.

You will work with Level II or Lead Technicians as needed to ensure timely resolutions, maintain service records, and uphold quality standards while delivering clear technical

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
