BCforward is seeking an Onsite Print Administrator to support a customer site in Palo Alto, CA. The role involves printer fleet management, on-site troubleshooting, and consumables control to ensure service levels and rapid incident remediation.

The candidate will perform routine installations, coordinate with HP support, and respond to inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction at the client site.

Qualifications

• Experience in printer fleet support and routine installations.
• Familiarity with HP devices and related applications.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• Ability to perform on-site troubleshooting and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and resolve technical problems on printer hardware and software.
• Identify incident trends and follow defined management processes.
• Perform routine installations and configurations per standards.
• Respond to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Execute scripted changes and maintain service quality.
• Meet daily production goals and response times.
• Collaborate to improve processes and protect data confidentiality.
• Manage small projects or input delivery decisions for accounts.
• Handle consumable inventory and device replacements as needed.
• Assist end users with device functionality and initial troubleshooting.
