Job summary

BCforward is seeking an Onsite Print Administrator for a 24-month contract in Fresno, CA. This role emphasizes on-site print device support, consumables management, incident resolution, and customer-facing technical service to maintain SLA targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience, strong HP print knowledge, solid communication, and the ability to work independently at a client site. Daily onsite presence is required with a professional, business-casual dress code.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Education: HS diploma or higher.
• Experience with enterprise onsite support preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate print devices and related software on site.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues per protocols.
• Resolve incidents independently; escalate when needed.
• Identify trends and alert management while managing customer expectations.
• Perform routine installations, configurations, and device integrations.
• Provide responsive customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet daily production goals and contract response times.
• Align work with operational strategy and improve processes.
• Protect data confidentiality and follow established standards.
• Manage small projects or input to account delivery.
