Associa is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee HOA/condo communities in the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake area. This onsite role supports Boards and staff, manages daily operations, budgets, maintenance, and capital projects from the Virginia Beach corporate office.

You will travel to sites as needed, interact with homeowners and vendors, ensure HOA compliance, and coordinate board meetings. Competitive salary ranges reflect responsibilities and location.

Responsabilités

• Work onsite at the corporate office in Virginia Beach.
• Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays for emergencies or events.
• Manage phones and emails; respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Enter and update data for communities and homeowners in the database.
• Assist homeowners with monthly payments and architectural review forms; follow up with Board decisions.
• Record and track documents and information; manage communications for HOA guidelines and events.
• Issue violation letters and ensure compliance follow-up.
• Source vendors, submit RFPs, and manage capital projects and vendor relationships.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and coordinate onsite vendors and contractors.
• Prepare board packets and agendas; coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual board meetings.
• Create and manage budgets; review financials (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, expenses, reserves).
• Travel to assigned community sites for site visits and inspections.
• Meet with onsite staff, homeowners, Board members, vendors and contractors.
• Ensure property maintenance and HOA codes are adhered to; implement Board policy.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; handle other projects as assigned.
