Job summary

Associa is seeking an Onsite/Portfolio Community Manager to join our team. You will act as the primary contact for board members and residents, advise the Board on financial decisions, and collaborate with maintenance and accounting to uphold community standards.

In this role you will attend board meetings and community events, monitor delinquency and financial reports, and maintain accurate community databases.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Community Association experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for board members and residents.
• Advise the Board of Directors on financial decisions required to maintain the community appearance and operation.
• Attend board meetings and community events as needed.
• Monitor delinquency rates and review monthly financial reports.
• Maintain community databases and ensure residents' information is up to date.
• Collaborate with maintenance and accounting departments.
