Ariel Clinical Services in Grand Junction, CO is seeking an on-site People Operations Generalist. You will support recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits enrollment to ensure smooth employee life cycle operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and confidentiality, with duties spanning documentation, policy SOPs, and worker safety coordination. A two-year HR background and a relevant degree are required.

Qualificações

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM CP/SCP certification is preferred.
• Minimum two years in a Human Resources role, with recruiting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruiting by posting positions, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage candidate communications and provide applicant information to hiring managers.
• Complete employment verifications with written employee consent.
• Track and report recruiting data for leadership.
• Facilitate 90-day Stay-Interviews to gather feedback for leadership review.
• Backup Safety Program Coordinator and WVPSC facilitation as needed.
• Assist payroll processing and open enrollment for benefits.
