Job summary

Clarity Media Colorado is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, HRIS administration, benefits, training, compliance, and employee relations. This onsite role is based in downtown Colorado Springs.

You will serve as the internal ADP Workforce Now expert, manage HR processes, oversee LMS and training programs, and partner with leaders to deliver timely benefits enrollment and policy communications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources or a related field (preferred).
• aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP (highly desired).
• 3 to 5 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting activities and issue offers.
• Create, review, and update job descriptions.
• Onboard new hires and conduct orientation.
• Manage offboarding and turnover analysis.
• Audit time records for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as HRIS/ADP expert and payroll backup.
• Generate workforce, payroll, and personnel reports.
• Oversee LMS program and trainings.
• Explain policies and ensure compliance.
