True Anomaly, Inc. is hiring a People Operations Generalist near Denver to support the employee lifecycle, benefits administration, HRIS governance, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

You will be the primary contact for employee inquiries and drive process improvements in a fast-paced space-focused team. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and communication skills, with a focus on accurate data handling and cross-functional collaboration with Legal and Finance

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a People Operations role, ideally in a start-up environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard employees in HRIS (Rippling) and manage downstream workflows.
• Support onboarding/offboarding logistics and benefits enrollment.
• Prepare routine employee communications and policy reminders.
