HopeWest in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Temporary People Operations Administrative Assistant to support the HR team. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, and HR document management to ensure processes run smoothly.

This is a 12‑week assignment, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with an hourly wage range of $19.89 to $22.00.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 2–5 years of administrative experience, plus familiarity with HRIS/ATS and related systems.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 2–5 years of administrative experience.
• Experience supporting HR/People Operations is preferred.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, orientation or employee records.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS/DocuSign/SkillSurvey or similar systems.
• Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the People Operations department.
• Assist with recruitment, pre-employment activities, onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Support manager training and document management within HR.
