Job summary

Ariel Clinical Services in Colorado is seeking a People Operations Generalist to join our HR team. This full-time role supports recruitment, onboarding, safety, payroll, and employee development under the supervision of the People Operations Supervisor.

You will manage workers’ compensation, benefits enrollment, document filing, and ensure compliance with HR laws and Ariel policies while contributing to strategic initiatives and a culture of awesomeness.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of HR ethics and employment laws.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and model Ariel values.
• Strong collaboration and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers with recruitment, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Track, monitor and report recruiting data for leadership.
• Meet with all newly hired employees to review required onboarding documents.
• Facilitate 90 day Stay-Interviews with new hires and document feedback.
• Serve as backup Safety Program Coordinator and participate in WVPSC.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation documentation and reporting.
• Assist in bi-weekly payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain and file employee personnel documents; track education and training records.
• Assist with position descriptions, classification and compensation programs.
• Provide support to supervisors in interviewing, hiring, termination, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws, Ariel policies, and SOPs; support strategic plans.
• Contribute to agency-wide wellness programs and organizational outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
