Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Technician to provide Base Telecom Support in Everett, WA. The role is full-time and on-site, handling O&M for government telephony systems and maintaining DoD/Navy compliant switch operations.

Qualifications include an IT or cybersecurity-related degree (preferred) and DoD network experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. Training after 30 days is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain PBX switches (Avaya CM4.0) and perform repairs.
• Install, configure switch hardware; apply software updates/patching.
• Daily operation monitoring and voicemail system/IPE support.
• Utilize company vehicle to travel to remote locations weekly.
• Ensure DoD/Navy compliance and security clearance readiness.
• Other duties as assigned.
