Job summary

UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC is looking for a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Technician to provide telecommunication support in Everett, WA. This role involves operating government-owned telephony switches, managing software updates, and ensuring compliance with DoD/Navy standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required, 5 years preferred.
• IAT Level II certification is required.
• Prior experience within DoD networks is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain government-owned telephony switches.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of switch issues.
• Ensure switch systems remain fully operational.

Skills

Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office

Effective communication

Education
