Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience supporting payroll operations for large employee populations (500+).
• Hands-on experience with UKG Ready payroll processing and administration.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes (federal, state, local).
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Process bi-weekly on-cycle, off-cycle, and supplemental payrolls accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor employee profiles and timesheet information for accuracy.
• Review and validate time records, earnings, deductions, and garnishments.
• Ensure payroll compliance with policies and laws.
• Process hires, promotions, transfers, and pay rate changes.
• Handle terminations and related notices as applicable.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Administer wage garnishments and other deductions per state requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors.
• Support with quarterly/annual payroll tax filings and year-end forms.
