Job summary

Uniguest is seeking an Onsite Patient Tech Support Specialist to join the pCare Services team at Mt. Sinai South Nassau. You will deliver friendly, hands-on support to patients and hospital staff, ensuring bedside TVs and related devices function smoothly and reliably.

You will troubleshoot basic issues, assist with setup and maintenance, and document service records. The role requires light travel to assigned hospital locations, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to install a 32-inch television on a wall mount.
• Comfort learning and using new technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and hospital staff.
• Help patients navigate and use bedside TVs and interactive technology.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate with teammates for complex problems.
• Replace equipment such as TVs, pillow speakers, phones, and other patient-room devices.
• Perform light maintenance to keep systems operating smoothly.
• Complete basic computer documentation and service records accurately.
• Contribute to a positive technology experience during hospital stays.
• All other duties as assigned.
