iTrust Wellness Group, an outpatient mental health practice, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to serve as the front-line contact for patients and support providers in a fully administrative, patient-facing role.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, appointment coordination, HIPAA-compliant record keeping, and collaboration with staff to deliver a seamless patient experience within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Experience with EMR systems is preferred.
• Healthcare front desk or administrative experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming and outgoing patient communications and document interactions accurately.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Check patients in and out and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Assist patients with questions regarding services, forms, and policies.
• Proficiently use the EMR system to support workflow.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and other offices for prescriptions and care coordination.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support company culture and values.
• Assist with staffing at other iTrust Wellness locations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
