Ensemble is seeking a Patient Access Specialist for an on-site role at Mercy Clermont Hospital in Batavia, OH. You will perform admitting duties for all patients, verify insurance, collect patient information, and provide clear instructions with empathy during the registration process.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year of customer service. CRCR certification is required within 9 months of hire and company-paid.

Responsabilidades

• Handle patient admissions duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and route calls as applicable.
• Explain general consent forms and obtain signatures from patients/guardians.
• Perform pre-registration and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Review eligibility and enter benefit data to support POS and billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and provide reporting data.
