Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and perform medical necessity/compliance checks with accuracy.
• Collect insurance information and provide clear patient instructions.
• Answer calls on the switchboard and route as needed with courtesy and professionalism.
• Explain patient education documents and obtain signatures where required.
• Review insurance eligibility and enter benefit data to support POS and billing.
• Pre-register patient accounts and manage demographic and financial information.
