Ensemble is seeking a Patient Access Specialist for an onsite role at Mercy - Fairfield Hospital in Fairfield, OH. You will walk between patient rooms with a mobile workstation, handling MRN assignments, eligibility checks, and patient instructions while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation, including AI, to improve patient and client experiences.
• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs accurately and complete medical necessity checks.
• Collect insurance information and process physician orders.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Screen eligibility in insurance verification system and support POS/billing processes to assist clean claims.
