Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Required Certifications: CRCR within 6 months (company-paid).

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs, perform eligibility checks, collect insurance info and process orders.
• Operate the hospital switchboard and support POS workflows.
• Explain treatment forms and obtain signatures with empathy.
• Ensure accuracy in accounts, audits, and POS collections as needed.
• Pre-register patient accounts and provide patient education materials.
