• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• On-site role at Tower facility.

Aufgaben

• Process patient access tasks: MRN assignment, medical necessity checks, insurance collection, and POS readiness.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide compassionate customer service in line with policies.
• Meet point-of-service goals and accuracy standards.
• Audit and report account data to support POS and billing.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographics and financial information.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Review eligibility responses and select insurance plan codes.
