Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an entry-level Patient Access role to support hospital client sites with accurate MRN assignment, eligibility verification, and patient communications. This on-site position requires a high school diploma and completion of CRCR certification within nine months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification must be obtained within 9 months of hire (company paid).
• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient access duties including MRN assignment and medical necessity checks.
• Collect insurance information and process physician orders with accuracy.
• Assist with pre-registration and outbound/inbound calls for patient information.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education materials.
• Verify eligibility and enter benefit data to support POS and billing.
• Screen for medical necessity using ABN software and document accordingly.
